Time for our big school potluck and assignments are based just on your last name... I guess that makes it easy for them but limits me. I have could only find a couple items that qualify as a side dish in the remaining 22 recipes.

Chili-Corn Custard Squares (pg78)
I doubled both recipes and left the chilies out of the squares (which look pretty good). I guess I'll know based on the leftovers if I should be in the K-O or change my name.
