Mixing Flavors

Another meal for another friend. Good thing I know people who like to eat my food.

One challenge in creating menus with only 10 recipes left is that the foods might not go together. But it's good for experimenting. This combined some traditional or Italian flavors from the polenta with the Indian flavors of the lamb chops. A little strange but worked and the colors were great. Add a nice big walla walla red and "it's all good".
